In2Berries is a up and coming young enterprise that specializes in the production and marketing of high quality dehydrated fruit. In2Berries produces a large range of innovative fruit under the market name ImmFruit.

The preservation occurs through an immersion process, whereby the moisture content is strongly reduced. Due to this process the fruit can be longer preserved and does not lose any of its flavour.  The texture, shape, smell and flavour are predominantly maintained. ImmFruit is totally free of additives and therefore “Clean Label”.

ImmFruit is an absolute replacement for fresh fruit, but with the advantage of extended preservation and improved usefulness. In some variations the flavour will be noticeably improved, as with the black currant.
